Privacy notice
Draft product disclosure — professional legal review recommended before paid or broad public launch. Not formal legal advice.
Deep Layer stores saved research, notes, and library state in your browser on this device (device-local). Clearing site data can delete that research. There is no cloud research backup or cross-device sync today.
When you submit research questions, Deep Layer sends your prompt and relevant conversation context to the AI provider used by the product. Do not submit information you would not want processed by an AI service.
Product telemetry may include workflow IDs, sport/league categories, counts, durations, booleans, latency, approximate token/cost estimates, and opaque session identifiers. First-party product analytics may also store a first-party visitor cookie, landing path, referrer host category, standard UTM parameters, and research start / success / failure counts so Deep Layer can measure activation. Raw research questions, answers, passwords, payment data, and full IP addresses are not captured by default. If you explicitly choose Publish & share while signed in, Deep Layer stores a public snapshot of that research title, question, answer, citations, and research date at a public URL. Private threads, Library items, and unpublished research stay private. You can unpublish to hide the public page. Counsel-reviewed legal is not complete.
Optional feedback comments you explicitly submit may be reviewed for product improvement. Contact cwill356@gmail.com for privacy questions or access revocation requests.
